Welcome to The GlenBrook Estate (hereinafter referred to as “the Resort”). These Terms and Conditions govern your stay, use of services, and access to the Resort premises and website. By making a booking, using our facilities, or accessing our website, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

 

1. General Policy

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).

 

Check-in time is [2:00 PM], and check-out time is [11:00 AM]. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

 

The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any person without assigning any reason.

 

2. Reservation and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability.

 

A valid credit/debit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

 

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the chosen rate plan.

 

Any promotional or discounted bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

3. Cancellation and Refund

 

• Full refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled

• 30 days before the check-in date.

• From 21-29 days prior to check-in, 75% will be refunded on the basic plan.

• From 14-20 days before check-in, one night's tariff will be retained on every room booked and remaining amount will be refunded.

• From 14 days and less before check-in, no amount will be refunded.

 

 

4. Modification of Bookings

Any modification to the booking is subject to availability and applicable rate changes.

 

Requests for changes must be made via email to bookings.glenbrook@gmail.com or through the official booking platform.

 

5. Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children up to [5] years of age stay free when sharing a bed with parents.

 

Extra beds are available on request at an additional charge, subject to availability.

 

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the Resort's property, staff, and fellow guests.

 

Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may lead to eviction without refund.

 

The Resort is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available.

 

7. Prohibited Items and Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Resort premises:

 

Illegal drugs or substances

 

Firearms or weapons

 

Commercial photography or filming without prior permission

 

Loud music or parties without prior written consent

 

8. Pets Policy

[Pets are allowed/not allowed] at the Resort. Pet-friendly accommodations must be requested in advance.

 

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning and any damages caused by their pets.

 

9. Liability and Damages

Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Resort property caused by them or any person for whom they are responsible.

 

The Resort is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe or deposit valuables with the front desk.

 

10. Force Majeure

The Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or governmental restrictions.

 

11. Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected during reservation or stay will be used solely for operational and legal purposes, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

12. Third-party Services

The Resort may facilitate or recommend services by third-party providers (e.g., adventure sports, taxis, guides). However, the Resort is not liable for the performance, safety, or quality of such services.

 

13. Website Use

All content on our website is owned by or licensed to the Resort. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

 

While we strive to maintain accurate and updated content, the Resort does not guarantee completeness or accuracy and reserves the right to modify website information at any time.

 

14. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Resort’s services or policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in NCT of Delhi, India.

 

15. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Guests are advised to review them periodically on our website.
